D'ALTITUDE TV streams only free-to-air, FAST, licensed and D'ALTITUDE-owned content for which we hold distribution rights.

Every channel and title carries a rights record: owner, licence type, territory, start and expiry date. Expired rights automatically remove content from the platform.

We do not scrape, decrypt or rebroadcast protected services.

COPYRIGHT & DMCA

If you believe content on D'ALTITUDE TV infringes your rights, use the Help Centre to file a copyright concern with the title, channel and a description of the right you hold.

Verified claims are actioned by taking the item offline while we review.

PRIVACY

We collect the minimum data needed to run your account: email, profile settings, favourites and watch history.

You can change or delete your profile data at any time from Profile settings, and request account deletion through the Help Centre.

Advertising measurement is aggregated; we do not sell personal data.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Free channels and free titles are available without payment. Access is ad-supported.

Content availability varies by country in line with licence territories.

Accounts used for abuse, scraping or circumventing restrictions may be suspended.

AGE RATINGS & PARENTAL CONTROLS

Titles carry age ratings. Account holders can set a maximum rating and a parental PIN for their profiles.
