Is D'ALTITUDE TV really free?
Yes. Free channels and free titles are supported by advertising, not subscriptions.
Do I need an account?
Yes. A free account is needed to watch. It also saves your list, favourites and history.
A channel won't play. What now?
Use Report playback problem on the channel page. Our team is alerted automatically.
Why is a title unavailable?
Rights are managed per territory and expiry date. Expired or restricted content is hidden.
How do I control what children watch?
Set a parental PIN and maximum age rating in Profile settings.
